I have a website at anonrecovery.com It is a four year old PR2 site. I made about $400 in affiliate sales this year, plus about $28 in adsense.

The problem is, I have no stat software other than some BAstats since it is a blog.
I want to get rid of it since I havent touched it in a few months, but dont want to give it away.

    How much should I expect?

Adsense isnt on there right now cause I changed themes and havent fooled with it.

Check out this section on the forum and see what others do to successfully sell their websites. There are lots of unprofessional approaches that you'll notice but some are really good advertisers.

If its valued based on earning then the fair price is around $500.
You can sell it at DP or sitepoint.
Beside that, your site also have an advantage which is having PR 2 and it will be major leverage for you to get more higher price for your website

Hello shkad14 ; according to DnScoop (domain & site value tool), your blogs worth is currently estimated at USD$12,012.

    Hope this serves.

DNscoop massively overvalues domains / sites all the time

the rule of thumb is that a site is generally worth 10 months revenue - in your case just under $400. The page rank might make it worth more, but unless you can prove traffic or revenue no serious buyer will consider it. Best thing to do is get some tracking software in there and try and sell it in a month or 2, right here on DP

How much is your time worth? If you can get 10-30% more for taking a few minutes to install some tracking software, is it worth it to you or would you rather just dump the site?
