A lot of people think eBook business is as easy as selling it, and that's it. As with any business, you need to offer sufficient customer service to resolve any issues that your buyer might bring up. For starters, try encouraging your clients to contact you in case they have problems using or reading your guide. Then resolve these issues for them quickly. You'll reduce your refund rate AND build a good name for yourself if you want to upsell something to them later.

Did you author your guide, or did someone else write it for you? Because to be completely honest with you (and I mean no offense to you personally whatsoever), after reading the two posts that you made in this thread, I can tell that the quality of your English writing isn't enough for a solid eBook. Perhaps you charged a solid-ebook price for a not-so-solid ebook?
