How can I see what the PR of a site was in September?

    Is there a wayback machine or a history. If I wanted to check the PR (or other details ) of a site from a few months ago?

    I don't think there is. There are many directories that display PR and many of them show out of date PR. If you happened to be listed in one of those directories, you could see an older PR.
