i have a problem, my site works kinda slow for me, but when i ask someone on MSN that is not from my country it works very fast.

if i could find out how to check this i could also see if my .htaccess block works (i didn't block my country)...

    i know about this site
    http://host-tracker.com/
    Code (markup):
but it doesn't show for most of the country's, so if there is some way to show for every, or maybe for more country's it would be great... i know it's a long shot but i'm asking just in case that it isn't...;)

    thanks.

There is no site that will show you ping results from every country in the world. However, you can ask someone else from your country to ping the site and compare their ping to yours.

    Instructions:
    Open up command prompt (cmd)
Type 'ping yourdomain.com' (Without the quotation marks)

    What country are you from?

thanks for the answer, i thought that it was something like that.

Site is working for me, i noticed that this slow opening is only present some short time after i connect to the net, after that it works super fast.

i guess i will know if my .htaccess block works when i see consumption of bandwidth tomorrow..;)

If you want to test your site out from all over the world, I suggest using the looking glass sites found here:

    http://www.traceroute.org/#Looking Glass

Its a great tool when searching for a new host as well, as your able to view ping times from all over the world.
