How can I secure the directories on a shared drive on a Windows 2003 server?

I will create the directory structure. Then, the directories should not be able to be deleted or renamed. The users will not have ownership of the directories as they will access the share under a non-administrator id. I already know how to create the share and folders. I dont know how to set up the NTFS permissions and or the share permissions. The users can change the files any way they want

Right click -> properties. Look at both sharing and security. If you want the directories to not be modified, but all files within the directory, turn off permission inheritance (once of the 'advanced' buttons).
