You can schedule pinterest with Buffer (7 days free), but I never did it, I just know there's an option. I don't know about flickr since it's not part of my arsenal
For Pinterest, you can use GoPixel for just a couple of pins, I think for up to three with free account. I prefer Viral Tag, because you can select the specific board you want, add a description and a source and then set the time and interval for posting. For Flickr, I believe the best option is Flickr Schedulr which is Windows desktop application. You can create a queue of files for uploading and group them into batches that should be uploaded together.
I wrote already above that Buffer can schedule pinterest posts/pins... you have few more options also from other posters... read it... it's short
Much of my Pinterest stuff is either done manually or by FollowLikerr so I can not help you there. However, I've got the perfect solution for scheduling Flickr uploads 1. Create a Tumblr account 2. Upload your photos as Tumblr posts and scheduled them to be posted whenever you would like (you could use bloadr.com to upload photos in bulk and save time) 3. Go to IFTTT.com and create a recipe that will automatically post your photos from Tumblr to your Flicker account That's it. It would only take about 30 minutes to set up and schedule hundreds of photos. Conveniently, someone has already created a recipe for this, so just create an IFTTT account and link your Flickr and new Tumblr account https://ifttt.com/recipes/1355-publish-tumblr-photos-to-flickr All the best,
Well and now that I've looked into it, it appears IFTTT has just added a Pinterest feature Use that same method I gave you above and link your Tumblr to your Pinterest using this recipe https://ifttt.com/recipes/306595-tumblr-to-pinterest
