    LOL... did you upload any? If not then you probably don't have any on your website.

    Besides that realistically the only chance you would have for getting a virus or some other malicious code on your site is if you are running software that is using server side scripting such as a forum or allows uploads like a image gallery. In most cases if they are up to date they will have been patched for such exploits.

    You'll have to be a little more specific as to why you would think it might have virus.

    Hosting servers should be loaded with anti viruses which should not allow malicious files to be uploaded on server and delete them automatically.

    On web, malicious codes are uploaded through bad scripts and coding. So, in case your web is detected by google as malicious site, delete all the code and upload a fresh copy with strong scripts and coding.

    it will list all the vulenrabilities of your site, may be malwares, or any kind of rogue codes!!

    I think that the virus is very rarely attack a website, I think that email may be more frequent. But if you want to protect the website from the virus, I think it's pretty important for prevention. @Estevan, thanks for your sharing.
