how can i scan for malicious iframe code in site files?

    is there any way i can scan all my server files for a specific iframe code that seems to be appearing on some of my sites?

    i have root access and believe it would be worth checking all hosted files, is there a script that can be used or can some offer some free advice regarding this matter?

    Maybe you can download the files locally. Then it would be a snap

    that's an idea that did cross my mind, but to download the whole server files would be 100gig+ which is way too much for my Internet connection.
