A charge back is claimed by someone who pays for a thing you dont deliver . If the payee used a credit card , it will carry more weightage and you most likely would loose the battle if you actually were fair even .
Charge backs are also claimed by people who's accounts were hacked and payment was made .
I know it sucks but paypal has to do in order to run their business.
On the otherhand ,you could regularly withdraw or use egold or moneybooker as a alternative to accept paypal.
    Hope this helps

Unfortunately not all people are honest. If you are selling digital product, you as a seller will more likely lose the case. Think of chargeback as part of the business. Don't let one or two chargebacks discourage you. Be careful next time. Get to know more about your buyer before doing any deal with them.

Yes, this is one of the main problems with PP. But e-gold is preferred over PP for this. But e-gold sucks cause it has a lot of problems now. And on personal note, the egold template SUCKS!

Withdraw quickly as soon as high-amount transactions are completed.

That's the risk when doing business online. Try to minimize the amount stored in your paypal especially if it's over $1k already.
