How can I save an entire site?

Is there any way to save an ENTIRE site? I'm not talking about just saving one page like when you do a "webpage complete" save, but rather saving the entire site and all of its internal links. I've been wondering this for a while, but never bothered to look into it. I've always wanted to save some sites, especially small ones, because you never know when they might disappear.

This looks like an interesting program, I've just built a website with a hosting company I'm getting tired of, and I've been thinking of moving my website over to a new hosting company. Do you think this program could assist me?

One of the best, but of course one of most expensive solutions is Offline Explorer Enterprise. Although I think that you can do well with some free programs.

My hosting company sucks, they try to hold your domain hostage. If you want to sell your website to someone, they won't let you move over your domain easily.
