Well, they are not running ads as you are thinking !
They applied for it and got approved.
So, you to apply first with your blog and then you can run them on your blog.

only way to run adsense ads is by signing up for an account. if you want to get paid for the ads that is. if you dont care about the payment, then copy someone else's adsense ad code and put that on your site. you will have ads running on your site without signing up for adsense and help someone else make money

Sorry to tell you this, but there is no way to get adsense running on your blogs without it getting approved by Google. Unless you want to place adsense that are not yours and will bring earnings to someone else.

If I were you, I'll jsut apply for one and get your blog approved.

 

I'm thinking about what for this guy have website if he promoting other user adsense and money will flow to other adsense user...

 

just apply and try to get approved for a google adsense account and earn some good money dude

Wrong information! You cannot use another's code without his/her permission.That is violation.Making him/her money is secondary. Perhaps your web site may not comply with Google's TOS.

 

you missed the sense of humor here and the smiling face all together. who would run a site and put another person's adsense ads to make them money? if you know of some ways of using adsense and get paid for it without signing up, it would be good if you share

There is no way you can earn money from Adsense without signing up. Only if you have some arrangements with a person who is your friend or something you can place his/hers ads on your site and then he may give you money

 

When somebody drowns , you cannot make a joke out of it. I do not consider it as humour . Then there are many who put others adsense code for various reasons. Minor,banned,etc etc.

There is one way to put adsense without signing up and getting paid . Income sharing blogs/sites. They have their own algoritham for the share!

I dont know about sharing ur earnings, because the other person might not pay. Just sign up w/ adsense, and wait while they approve you. if they dont approve you just go to adbrite or some other network
