They have a "contact us" link on the bottom of their pages. Or you can call tech support at 1-888-221-1161
I got also some problems with paypal cause i reached my limit and then i had to send them some papers. maybe you are lucky to reach someone at the hotline
if only I reached the limits when I was still there I had my id scan same adress as the card; I was gonna verify & fix this issue without any problem like now.. I m trying to mail them.
It would be better if you call them. YOu will get immediate response regarding what to do. SO, better call them instead of messaging them. Good Luck - Digital -
Yep! I too would suggest you the same. In most cases, you do not et a prompt reply for your mail. You ask something and they reply with someother thing if at all they bother your mail. May be it takes 3-4mails and replies and a week's time to get your issue solved if you approach through mail. For a call you can expect a prompt response as the communication goes double side and instant.
In this case, you have to email their support team or call them to explain on this issue you. By the way, your name stated at paypal shall be the same or you will in trouble
If it is 180 days over then you can withdraw the money to your account. If you need a US Bank account with a Visa Debit card, contact with me. I'll show u how to withdraw 180 days limited fund without wasting a single cent.
