How can i report someone asking people to click on ads?

This is now the second time i've had an email from a particular site asking people to click on their ads.

The first time (about 2 months) ago i reported it to google but nothing has been done, can some one give an email address for google so that i can forward them this email.

You could either do that or reply to the sender that you will report it to google for encouraging click fraud.

 

Reported via Google, but thats the same way i reported him last time, i wondered if there is a better method to ensure some action.

Reply back and CC and also copy and paste the header in just for fun. In the reply just mention you think it's against TOS and ask Google to step in and clarify

I've noticed the similar thing on one site I've just to visit.
They put the ads and also put the line underneat:

Please visit our sponsors to support our website.

Good thing to know that Google is your sponsor
