How can I reopen a closed thread?

    I bought a SEO service from 2 people in this forum, and they promised to refund me the money if my site wasn't in Google's first page on the 20th June.


    As my site isn't in the first 100 pages, I've been PM them to refund me the money, but haven't received any anwers from them. The thread where they advertised their services is closed, so I'd like this thread to be reopened, so I can publicly ask them to refund me the money, and tell everybody else to keep away from these scammers.

    How can I reopen this thread?

    Well there is no way you can Re-open the thread.

    If you sent payment through paypal maybe you can open a conflict with them providing proper proof. But Paypal doesn't do anything for conflicts involving services.

    At the most start a thread in General Chat section warning other people about these spammers.

    Shazz is correct use the bad post report option and ask for thread to be reopened.
