How can i remove "undefined" error with my URL?

    I'm using a wordpress website. My website's URL getting "undefined" error like xyz.com/xxxx-xx-xxxxx/undefined

    Please help me out if anyone can tell me that how to remove this kind of error.

    On Plugin page !? what is your website url !?
