How can I remove this option from my wordpress blog?

    Hello,
    Please visit this blog business online.
    You can see the 2 home button on the top of the left side. And a search bar on the right corner on the blog. How can I remove this?
    Which option I need to enable or disable to do that?

    You have opened a Category and a Page with same name.

    Why you open two pages called "Home" when one is default?

    You can see the 2 home button on the top of the left side. ( Go to categories and change )
    And a search bar on the right corner on the blog. How can I remove this? ( Go to pages and change )

    Links

    For pages : /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page
    For categories : /wp-admin/edit-tags.php?taxonomy=category

    I have removed the extra home button. But I can't delete the search box from the top:)

    Hi , Go to Appearance >> editor >> select the header.php to edit .
    Then go and delete content under <div id="topsearch"> .
    Just save it and reload your site.Boom its gone...
    Hope you will get it ...
