How can I remove the "Blogger: Content Warning" page from my Blogger blog?

Discussion in 'Google' started by giancarlo, Dec 4, 2008.

I have some adult material on my Blogger blog and they displayed the "Blogger: Content Warning" page as the first page of my blog. And I want to remove it.

Do you know how can I do that? Will switching to a custom domain work?

It might be a tough job. Try going to your setting page and check if you had checked on the "mature content" option.

Adult contents are prohibited on Blogger and might be soon ban you, better register your own domain or look for other free blogging site that allows that.

Yes, I hear that too. Though they didn't ban my bog, they only displayed this content warning page in front of it.

Any other ideas about how I can solve this issue?

Remove the adult content on your blog first.

If you do it, Blogger will delete your blog when they find out about it.

the only safe way to remove that page is to remove the adult content.

And what should I do after removing the adult content? Should I just sit there and wait?

You go into "settings" and reset "Adult Content" to "no".

If it's already set there, you're going to need to keep bugging Google about it.

I think it would be better to spend a couple bucks every month for your web hosting, it is pretty cheap now.
Since if blogger ban you, you lose all the time you spend in your blogs.

That's why I was surprised when I saw the warning page in front of my blog. So anyone succeeded in removing it?

Allowed, but not without the warning page.

Yes, look at the SETTINGS tab of your blog. In there you'll see a drop-down that says "yes" or "no" for "Does this blog contain adult content"..

If your blog was flagged by someone prompting Google to toggle the adult warning themselves, you'll probably have to wait for someone to review your blog before it will take effect again since you apparently have no regard for their content guidelines in Googles eyes.

So should I select Yes and wait?

Or should I select No and wait?

Once you have removed the adult content, select NO and wait. If nothing happens send the blogger team and email describing your problem.

blogger content warning sometimes appear when someone use 'rude' word for their site url name, my friend had url name using name 'crazy...blogspot. com' got blogger warning too when people open it eventhoug the content is not adult but about crazy way making money online.

maybe you can change the name of your blog url by using another name
