how can I remove penalty ?

    How can anyone give a helpful answer when you haven't told us anything about what the problem is, apart from saying your site has a penalty.

    It's not possible for me to give this answer because I do not know about how to remove a penalty of forum or site even I have a 0 page rank of forum.
