    it takes 1-2 days usually for the page to get de-indexed.

    Use google and Bink Webmaste tools. It's quite easy to remove unwanted pages from google or bing.

    use google webmaster link removal tool and also set not index in robot as well as in htaccess.

    The best way to do this is to add meta nofollow tag on the head of your page, since most search engines respect it because you are controlling only one page of your site through meta nofollow tag.
