    Note the followings:

    1) Domain names may be between 3 and 63 characters in length before the ".com," ".net," ".org," ".info," or ".biz" etc. extensions suffix.

    2) Only letters(a-z), digits(0-9), and hyphens (-) will be accepted in a domain name but may not contain spaces or other punctuation. Names cannot begin or end with hyphens.

You can't reg any 2 character .com names, they were long gone ages ago. But you can reg 2 character ccTLDs that allow it. iDotz.net do allow them to be regged in those extentione.

What are you trying to say? That domain is registered back in 1997.

What htmlindex mention is 2 characters in .com extension is not available anymore for people to register.

Yes you still allow to purchase.

Contact the owner directly or search for similar LL.com names in Sedo but be prepared to pay at the very minimum Low $xxx, xxx to somewhere in the Millions.

Godaddy - No, they don't allow regging 2 character names.

Others - Yes, depending on the company but most don't allow 2 character ones, only iDotz & the ccTLD registrars directly.

Only some ccTLD allow to reg 2 char domains,
gTLDs like .com .net .org .info .biz do not allow any more to reg 2 char domains
You can buy 3 char .gTLD with a cheap price in this market

I am suggest you to get the country extension. You might chance to get it. For .com, .net TLD, the chance to get this type domain name very low.
