how can i reduce my load time?

from last 7 days, i have facing the problem of load time of my front page. plz tell me, why it's takes time? plz suggest me

because your sidebar is fully loaded with lots of loady things....remove those which are of no use..for ex. i feel facebook pluign is of no use

You have to optimize you images. You need to reduce their sizes and use the images in parts instead of full image.
