How can I recover my login details to the admin.php file?

I already posted this, but the thread seems to have disappeared. If it's a duplication, my apologies in advance.

I own two websites and host them both through my Hostgator reseller account.

One site I just plain forgot my login for the admin.php file.

The other I got defrauded by a domain seller who sold the same site three times, but I was lucky enough to get it transferred to my Godaddy account in time. Anyway, he never gave me the login details for this site.

I can access the cpanel for both these sites using Hostgator.

Is there any way I can get or change the login details for the admin.php file?

    Thanks

I can't see any wordpress folder in the files I got, but it certainly looks like a Wordpress site.

    BTW the site is www.bodyneedsfitness.com

I actually forgot I owned it until I got the domain renewal , which is why I have forgotten the password.

The other site is www.allnewsurveys.com - that was the one I bought from the fraudster, who never gave me any files. I can acces the cpanel though.

    Cheers,
