    There's no fee if the buyer sends the payment as a gift.

    friends,paypal will charge you some processing fees for withdrwal and if you withdraw more money than they will not charged you thats it

    if you want retrieve money from paypal, i think you won't get charged when you retrieve it through your local bank account. i'm talking according to my condition.
