    I really want to know how to rank high on yahoo search engine. I have been succesful on google but I don't know what are the rules on yahoo.

    Well, I could rank well on google under my most competitive keyword, I just trying to do it on yahoo. The website has a page rank of 5 and all the back links are related to its niche. Still yahoo does not show it on the top 10

    Well, I would only concentrate on Google as they seem to be the main driving force of traffic, but perhaps increase your links and pages?

    Id say dont worry about it, i tend to go up in one as i go down in the others.

    Google is the only search engine to be conserned about, just be thankful your ranking well there and do what you have been doing to move away from your competition.

    I don't think that submitting a site may to Yahoo does much. If Yahoo can already spider/crawl the pages on your site, what's the point? It just takes time.

    I think this is true. Yahoo still relies on the keywords and description. Optimise those to match your targetted keywords. Some old theories of optimisation still helps your placements in yahoo.
