I was wondering how I could take videos from youtube.com or any other video site to upload it onto my site. My site is jokeswarehouse.org and it just has the layout, I have to do all the work now and am wondering about the videos how I can get the videos on. The videos are stand up comedy and go from 15 minutes to a hour at a time. Thanks, Jason
How can you do it? What do you mean? I think all the videos on youtube are copyright matey, so legally, i dont think your allowed. You need a content management system of some sorts to actually sort them and display them. (maybe like this: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=101715) Then all you need is to upload each video, give it a description and title, and people can play it. You also need a big server -- while your getting started, go with dreamhost, as they offer loads of bandwidth for a little cost. if your lucky, and your site takes off, you then need to think about a dedicated server. If thats not what you meant, sorry
You can use www.videotopc.com to download those videos By the way the site as well as the script are for sale.
