How Can I put "STAR" Like This on Adword?

Gentleman,

Anyone know how can I put star image like this on Adwords ads?
It is obvious standout among the other ads.

 

I've not seen it in a sponsored result, I've seen it in serps for sites that have added code about reviews from the review sites that Google is 'partnering' with - I would guess that's the same http://googlewebmastercentral.blogspot.com/2009/05/introducing-rich-snippets.html

it's based on "high page scores" - *shrugs* - not sure about that, the 'rich snippet' thing seems more likely

I don't know how you would but a star like that in your ad. However, if you could, I can guarantee it would not be allowed. Your ad would soon be disapproved.

 

I do not think it is allowed. You will have to ask Google if it is.
