How can I purchase this domain?

There's a .co.uk which isn't in proper use (being used as a search/link to another website).

As the website's not in use, I would have thought it would be up for sale. But there is no link or indication of it on the site. The Whois details don't being up an email address, but it is registered to a Ltd company - TagNames Ltd (Is also the sites registrar), with the website tagnames.co.uk, but this website is blank.

Is there any way to purchase this domain?

    • Find some way to contact the company, since you have the name
      or
    • Wait until they let it expire
These are the only two ways I know of.
    Good luck with the hunt.

What makes the current use of the site "improper"? Its not improper just because you dont like it. As an example, using a keyword-rich domain to forward to another domain is very common, legitimate use for a domain.

If you want to buy the domain, Id suggest emailing them and asking if its for sale, or making an anonymous offer via afternic. The odds of getting any good domain when it drops (if it ever drops) is very slim these days.

There should be a mailing address in the WHOIS. You can mail and ask but I doubt it is for sale or if so at a good price. Don't expect a reply.
I have a few undeveloped domains that I will get around to developing "one of these days" but wouldn't sell any unless it was a high offer I couldn't refuse.
