How can I publish a Flash document for PC & Mac users to view?

Hi, I'm new to this site so I hope I'm on the right track here...
I have a Flash movie that I need to burn onto a cd to give out to potential clients. (I work on a Mac but the way.)
I want both Mac and PC users to be able to open the file. I have it saved as a Quicktime movie but it didn't work on a PC I tested it on. What other formats could I save it out as and would I need additional software to do this?

Why not burn it as a standard video CD? Toast'll do the conversion for you pretty easily. Alternatively you could use MPEG right?

Sounds good, I will look into those options. I don't have Toast but am downloading a MPEG converter to try that.
    Thanks so much!

Why not just export it as an swf? With or without an html page to view it in.
Or, why not just use flv like youtube etc do?

Everyone will have a browser, and 99% of people will have flash player installed.
You could even make the html file autostart (not sure about that on Mac though).
