How can I prove my site's PROFITS to a BUYER?

I have a site with all original content that I'm going to be selling. It makes its money from a program that apparently doesn't like publishers to reveal your monthly earnings from them. It's all PPC-based income and it's significant (now over $100/month consistently).

My question is how do I prove my income without violating the PPC program's TOS?

Do I even need to prove my earnings?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Of course you don't HAVE to prove income. But why would anyone buy from you if you didn't?

    rmjwx81: Right, that's what I'm asking :)

igor11: I was concerned that a screenshot would be considered a TOS violation and be suspect to 'photoshopping'

Send traffic details and earnings screenshot. Always will be suspect to photoshopping but with traffic details buyer can see if earnings make sense.

I would never even think about buying without SS. If buyer is serious and you did not send SS to everyone, it is very unlikely to be considered TOS violation.

You could record a video of yourself logging into your admin area...that prevents photoshopping, and is safer than giving the buyer access to your PPC admin/stats page.

Well.. I don't have a problem w/ showing a video of the login but I'd have to make sure it's not going to display any private info (which as I remember right now it probably doesn't). Screenshots aren't a problem I just wondered if there was some sort of 'gold standard' people are using to alleviate trust issues.

A bank statement wouldn't help a whole lot because how would I prove what site(s) the Google check was coming from, you know?

I appreciate your guys' help, though!

If you've got any more solutions, keep 'em coming because I'm listening!

When I have sold sites in the past, I provided screenshots of my paypal transactions as well as adsense earnings. Blocking out data that the buyer doesn't need or should see. Hope this helps...

dutterback: Thanks for the input! I've gotten my earnings direct deposited so I don't really have any PayPal stuff to show...

I did find out some people are saying that sending a CSV is good? I've found some threads online that discuss this issue if anyone's interested?

agree with dutterback, just blocking the buyers email account, that's will help.
