How Can I Protect my Code ??

Hi,

Background :

I build some stuff with WP ... And added few pages of code and some functions plus I have some plugins that I built myself.

I want setup WP blog/site to a client with my personal code , function and plugins.

Few Questions :

1 ) How can I make sure he will not give it to his friends nor use this code in other projects ? can I even do that ?
2 ) How to I attach my code with a license ?
3 ) Which license will be good in my situation ?
