One way is to try and promote via internet marketing forums, but I would suggest not to spam. Rather pay forums that allow you to push your website for only like 20$. Many forums have sections where you pay for a permenate thread where you can push whatever you want. This cost money but the value you receive is amazing. Also look into Google video ad's. PPC is expensive while video clicks are very cheap and uncompetitive
