How can I promote my website in yahoo?

My website has less traffic in yahoo compared to google. How can i promote my website in yahoo?

 

im guessing you are using search engine marketing. you might want to switch up your keywords and also remember google is used more than yahoo search

 

Yahoo algo's are different from that off Google that's y , Yahoo give more weightage to Meta tags, and Yahoo buzz, Bookmarking, Check out the other guidlines of yahoo for getting best possible traffic from yahoo.

i find my site keeps moving up the rankings slowly, then as it gets towards the first page, it suddenly falls back to page 10 or so. any ideas on what i might be doing wrong to get such dramatic falls?

yes it is right we can do commenting on blog posts, link exchange, directory submission, on page optimization etc. and i have already done all of these and i also got good ranking in Google but in Yahoo and Bing not got same result as Google. so now what special i have to do to rank my site specially in yahoo and Bing. any one can help please.

Yahoo has different strategy then google.
google valued only for Do follow links but Yahoo have equal value for do follow as well as no follow links
just submit your site to multiple social networking and bookmarking site

if you want to promote your website in yahoo, you should submit your site in yahoo explorer after you can promote your site in yahoo.

 

Yahoo PPC is one of my favorite ways to promote any website.

My advice is to,
Be specific about the offer in the ad.
Give the clicker exactly what they expected when they clicked on your ad.
Try and put a unique spin on your offer in the landing page. At least differenciate yourself from your competitors offers by giving free bonuses with the purchase.
