Hmmm, I think your target group should be women. However, the theme look very masculine. Maybe you would want to soften the theme abit to more of women's liking. just my opinion.
I would suggest to add content of fashion, lifestyle and celebrity talk as well and promote it through similar forums/blogs and social networking sites.
Hope you dont mind me saying that you should clean up your design and structure the front page. I got a bit confused, there are lots of ads, adsense, big photos etc and its not so easy to get an overview of what this is about. Keep working
This is what I thought as well. I have a similar site at http://totalskincaresolutions.com/ I am not sure if my site is any better, but I enjoy looking at it and i have a pretty good sense of what the site is about right off the bat.
I think that is a much better better design and on page solution. In my opinion you should develop the other website likewise. When you are satisfied start building links and promote your website on the internet.

You can use social networks to build traffic to your sites. Of course, I suggest StumbleUpon Exchange
