well I would assume your budget would be larger than the normal persons, as you are offering 5,000 for the competition..

I would go with adwords and see if you can bring in some traffic.

also, facebook is a good option (however might be difficult to reach people that age, but worth a try)

    Dear ridesign

If you have a sufficient marketing budget (1000~1500) adwords can do a wonder for you.

The problem which I am facing, or should I say the thing which I am confused about is that what type of keywords should I be targeting?
should I be looking at keywords such as: "buy a property" or words relating to competition/challenge?

Here's your problem: you don't say anything about the "property," each FAQ question gets a single line (sometimes just a few words) answer and the site looks very... ehhh. What kind of property is it? I'm not signing up just to request information, and neither will 99% of John Q Public.

More information is key. As is, you're saying "we'll give you 5000 quid for... something. But we won't tell you what it it is."

    taylorwilsdon is right.

But in terms of advertising it.
The keywords should be property related, not contest. You want people that are interested in selling property not just joining contests. Also, maybe find some selling property-related blogs and have them blog about you. Also, hit up some relevant forums.
