slow and sure, if your domain is only a few weeks old you need to be patent start building your links and commenting, submitting the RSS, posting articles, get good quality content on your site. your presence will increase but it's either slow and steady and actually see results for the long term or pay someone to boost you up, that's fine as long as you keep paying them.

 

Since your site is fresh don't do a lot of promotions on it just minimize your SEO effort first byt having just a minimal numbers of directory submissions, then have some content writing and article submission on your niche, bookmarking is good too and minimal blog commenting is enough at the start.
