How can I prevent unregistered users from viewing Forum Threads ?

I made a lil forum a few days back :

    www.rocobaroco.co.cc

Its a completely free forum site (PHPBB) , with free domain and free hosting, and I am using it for some experiments, before I can have a go at a VB with a premium hosting ;)

Now I would like to promote this site, and so I am giving some game links for free download. But I would like the user to atleast register to the forum, to acess those threads (that have download links) :p

So, the problem is that i want to make the following link available only to the logined members and not to any unregistered/unlogined users :

    http://www.rocobaroco.co.cc/viewtopic.php?f=34&t=5

I am new to all this, so I dont know much. I have done a few settings for the users (refer rocobaroco.co.cc.jpg) but its not working, and even after setting 'No Acess' for the users, I can still acess those threads as an unregistered member

This is what I would like it appear on screen when someone clicks on the above game link URL (refer rocobaroco1.jpg)

So, how can I do that ?
