How can i post in the "Buy, Sell or Trade" forum?

    I do not have permission to post a new topic in the Link Exchanges forum... What are the requirements? Does anyone know why?

    I had some trouble figuring this out as well. Perhaps a sticky would be in place for those forums?

    It is in the FAQ's.

    So putting in stickies are overkill.

    People will have to learn at some point to read the FAQ's.

    Why not have stickies in each forum, just for people who are too lazy to read the FAQ's, or just want an easy way to find the rules?

    Make it easier, when people sign up here, have them agree that they have read the FAQ and will not post threads about the rules for anything without getting an infraction?
