How can I piss off a phiser?

Some guy has phised my sales page and is accepting payments to his paypal. He is hotlinking my images so I have watermarked them with my URL. I suppose I could put 'inappropriate' images on my server? Anyway can anyone think of a way to piss him off in some way, who can I contact to report phising?

Lol, I contacted his hosting service and got his account suspended.
