I am planning to create website for entertainment, music, wallpapers and media, that will receive lots of traffic for download the content daily,
So as per all your suggestions PPC would be the better choice.
and when it would be famous with massive back links than chances to have in higher rankings.
    Thanks.

I don't know if I would give up so easily and head straight to PPC if I were you. Unless, of course, you have a huge advertising budget to keep your site going for a long time.

I guess I'll have to plug my site here, but I think it would be very valuable to you:

That article compares PPC vs. SEO and which might be a better for you to focus on when advertising your website.

totally flash based sites that have one html page are simply not possible to correctly SEO.

have a look at my hompeage: www.mogmedia.net - you will see that it is a TOTALLY FLASH BASED SITE, so I have reproduced its entire flash contents into an html site (look at the link at the bottom of the page, that takes you to the html site).

that is the ONLY way to really SEO a flash site.

I absolutly hate sites built in Flash, they suck in terms of SEO and suck for the users as they are normally so weird to try and use the user gives up and goes to a different site.

It is very very rare I ever come accross a Flash website where I can leave and think what a great site, my advise would be ditch the idea of using Flash for making websites at all and go for a well designed conventional HTML/XHTML site, using PHP for server side needs.

If your really set on having a naf Flash site then my advise would be to have 2 site options 1 Flash and 1 HTML/XHTML.

I am telling you the best technique. The name of swf file should be optimized along with meta tags and title. You should pass the parameters to flash file having contents in html. In this way your contents will be indexed by the search engine. Do not optimize it for more than 5 keywords (all 5 keywords should be related).

Another method is embedding small flash parts in a single page. Put the maximum text in html.

Right - and don't forget to use the <noscript>xx</noscript> tag in the body of your page. Place all the text that appears in the the flash there.

although the thread starter is banned but hoping he will be back soon. And also for some discussion I would like to say something.

First thing is that, making website in Flash is totally a bad idea. You cannot be able to reach t the point in SE's that you are looking for through flash websites. But also somehting can be done for such websites. First of all you should have metadata with your flash website. And if you can then alternative page oif flash website should be in static pages so tht google can show your website while crawling in form of static page. Google is in discussion with Adobe to make Google read the flash websites (It's 100% accurate news but don't have source) so, let's hope we should not make static alternative page for flash websites.

you can try to build optimized text content around the flash content. Very similar to video or podcast optimization. This works normally for smaller flash sized that don't take the whole screen, e.g. flash product intros. if the whole website is pure flash it will be difficult indeed.
