First you meta is too long....should by 70 characters for title, 150 for description, adn 10 or less keywords for meta keywords. Also your <h> tags are all screwed up! But you do have some backlinks so that is good! Just optimize you rpage for SEO and keep a good off page campaing goint...it takes awhile.

Your site's title is too long. The rest of it can't even be read as it runs beyond the browser. A too-worded title may send a wrong signal to search engines. Trim down your site title to avoid suspicion of spam.

You further need to fix your canonical issues with an .htaccess file

You don't want both the www and non www version of the site. The images involved in the rotation are way to big as well which causes the site to take a while to load. That is largely unrelated to seo but more to visitor retention.

    hope that helps,
    Nigel

    hmm...

Title: max. 65 characters, not 70.
about www. and non www. you can just redirect the non www. to www.
And then you should look at the usability of your site. Not good.

You need to revise your tags. The title is way too long. Select your main target keywords and put it in the title tag.

There are many ways to optimize your website. It may be an on-page and off-page optimization.

    On-page Includes:
using keywords on title, meta tags, alt tags, description, highlighting keywords, and using them as anchor text.

    Off-page includes:
    backlinks
    link exchange
    social bookmarking
    directory submission
    press release submission
    article submission
    blogging
    joining forum
    online groups

Both on-site and off-site optimization leaves a lot to be desired. Please adopt the suggestions made by mrandrei & others. Though you have 8 links in Google, and totally more than 700 backlinks they are all essentially from comments. Comments won't give you good ranking since most of them have "nofollow" tags. Check your tags with disqus dofollow and comment there. You should also have a blog like typepad and update it regularly and ping. I hope this helps.

title is too long max length of the titles should be 60 characters.
urls are dynamic use url rewriting.
add ur targeted keywords with its related term as LSI is also a part of google algo..
    use H1 tags
use an .htaccess file and fix prefixes issues as your site is running with www and without www see by your self it is considered as duplication so fix it.
Submit your site to top directories like dmoz etc
do link exchange with some quality sites but few LE not more than 5 to six in a month
submit articles to different sites and article directories.
    submit PR to pr directories.
    use social sites.
    comment on no follow forums
comment on no follow blogs but relevant to your topic otherwise its a waste of time.

By following these steps will definitely give your site good rankings... good luck

You should try to make your pages in the static way and to build more back links.
The same meta description and keyword is not good, make them different for any page.

USe Meta Description effectively. Being 8 month should bring your site in a perfect position. I couldn't check your backlinks. Backlink is the key. Get quality backlinks. Update the content frequently.
