I would strongly recommend giving your visitors the option of viewing the site in flash or html, especially for visitors with slow Internet connections. Then your HTML pages will give the search engines something to index.
Right now you can carry out only off-page optimization for flash websites. Google and Adobe are in the process of developing a flash friendly Googlebot. Reports say that Google has started crawling flash but it is limited to few websites and html version is still ahead of flash in SERP. What kuteutta has suggested above is good and must be done

Link building never give real time results it takes some to show the result so untill you have to wait and continue your link building. Submit your sites into social bookmarking sites like Digg, deliocious etc.. Put some comments on popular blogs on related category.
