Just thought I would point out that your site is against adsense TOS for a couple reasons... - You are using "Google Videos" as a header for your ads. - You have images next to your ads in a manner that looks like they are together.

Hi there, Just Joined an hour ago and I have many questions too but for now my main one is how to monetize my site aswell i.e get advertisers to my site? I have a few sites running the usual adsense stuff and between them all the revenue generated is ok, it pays for my car which I find incredible as I only really started webpublishing 18 months ago. One site {an O.S forum (seo installed)} in particular has grown rapidly since I set it up about 8 months, its getting circa 9000 pageloads and almost 6000 individual visitors a day and going up but only makes the same revenue(low ctr) as my security site which has only quarter the figs mentioned. I'd like to put it out there that I have the advertising space availeable and the visitors but some of the companies I submitted to rejected it as it was a forum their policy and I accept that.... any pointers would be much appreciated bearing in mind I am relatively new, dont even know what to charge and rely heavily on a few IT Friends from work.
