How can i modify my adsense units like this

I have seen on many site ads like this, and i tried to make it but unable to do so, please can anyone help me for this.

One is a leader board with red color title and white back ground
Other two are wide rectangles.

Hey, here is a new idea....Ask The Site Owner How He Did It!

 

You can't get those type of Google Adsense ads unless you are a premium account holder, those ads are different you have to have a certain amount of high end traffic daily to get those type of ads from google.

That site probably gets tons of daily unique views.

The website seems to be Premium account holder of Adsesne.
Premium accounts are offered by Google on invitation basis. For these account holders ad units are specially customized to meet their requirements.
One such premium account holder is Rediff. (Can't post the link sorry.)
