I have a website called Mymedicalsuppliers and tried to market it using many ways including directory submissions, commenting on blogs etc. I have tried to use adwords and other ptc systems but for targetted traffic in medical field i had to pay a lot and i don't have that much. i also tried some popunder traffic but it was a one time traffic and did not have any use. can anyone give some ideas how to further promote my website so that i can increase my number of visitors.
i don't think it is very different than directories, i have done some directory submissions and social bookmarking as well. so i need something special i guess?

I think you know the best since you have worked in the medical area. The equations do not change much for a medical field.
