    Html is nice for starters you would need and index.html with all of your coding in it the you could go into SQL PHP etc...

    If they weren't good I wouldn't recommend them. If your public library doesn't have them, ask them if they can borrow them via an inter-library loan.

    Actually adding index.html will just cause a lot of files to be over-written for no reason. But I do agree with the point you are trying to make. Start with HTML and CSS, then progress to other areas.

    It would really over-write other files... I thought you had to have an index.html for the basis of your site?

    In my city they don't have English books in public library. In fact they don't have webmastering books at all. So I'll try to get them pdf via internet...

    It depends on how the server is set up. Apache servers tend to have index.html (followed by index.htm, index.shtml, index.php) as the default, while IIS (Microsoft's Web server) tends to use default instead of index.

    Ah, that's perfectly understandable. I'd get Build Your Own Web Site The Right Way first, then go from there.

    I didn't think it was so difficult to find coding tutorials, books, lessons etc.
    I guess I'll make up something. I WILL learn coding, designing and to do good graphics.

    I learned HTML by first running a few freewebs sites and dinking around with link/image tags. Then from there coding some small simple ones. Onto designing with Photoshop (I learned photoshop through tutorials.) After I finally started coding nice looking sites from the ground up, I worked with javascript a bit, then to PHP with PHPbb and such, then I worked on CSS which is a bit odd.

    GIMP for image manipulation and web site designing.
