How can I make use of these two domains?

Both are three character .com domains

Paid some serious money and looking for ideas to make use of these two domains.

Any good suggestion will get you a Featured listing for one month on my signature sites.

first thing that came up to head when looking at z6s.com was bmw.
As far as I know bmw z6 is only a concept model at the moment, but maybe it the future 'z6' will be intensively searched, so maybe you could come up to smthng from this..

if it is just a concept car, I have to wait and see if they go further, correct!

I have a lot of 3 character .coms- often I put up small sites on them to build traffic before I sell. For this purpose, I always find url shortners can work well, as the domain itself is very short already.

I think a BMW info site is a good idea for Z6s, for 3R7, the best associated thing I could find is Jennings airport, la http://www.airnav.com/airport/3R7 - you could either develop it or maybe try and sell it on to them for a profit. As an end user you could demand at least $500 for it from them, which is a small fee for an airport to shell out.

z6s could be info about Konica Minolta Dimage Z6 and selling them with affiliate sales or something

Theres also a z6 primera printer which is very popular..possibly tech affiliate sales

the Z6S.com remind me of Sony ericsson's new Z610 Mobile serise,,, which is in now days are really famous....

try to promote them with Chitika use on your site or AdSense... with providing some info about that set...
