How Can I Make Text Reflection in Photoshop

Hey Guys,

Could anybody tell me how i can create a reflection of my company name in photoshop. Basically im creating a web 2.0 style header, and would like to create a reflection of my company name, so its upside down and below my name.

You can see an example of the kind of reflection i am trying to acheive in this picture:

this might be a hunch but whilst you're on the 'shadowy' text tip, I think that you'll quite like this one flash902007!
