How can I make Such Website

I saw an webpage and want to make that page. But did not do that. How can I do that

Can anybody help me or send me offline copy of that page. I will not use that design. Just I need to understand the basic mechanism of the page (css,javascript,etc...) please help me

Download Joomla, install, and find someone to make you a template.

 

just right click that page and choose save page as. you will get the template

 

I have a Better Way to get the HTML code , Install "web develpoer" Plugin , then click "VIEW SOURCE" on any page to see its coding , and how it is made i.e via css style sheet or manually ! also You can access the CSS file , if permission is not set by the site admin!!

The design is good.. i think they have placed that grid image to background and used css to position the menus, button and other stuff...
