How can i make steady homepage on blogspot?

is there any way to make a static homepage on blogspot?

i mean that every time i update my blog the homepage will not change to the latest post.

I've been blogging on Blogger for years now. I am almost positive there is now way to control this. The best idea I have come up with is to create a welcome page (or in your case, home page), and create a prominent link in your menu list. Or have it at the beginning or end of every post.

You can also manually do that if you know how to read the xml file and reprogram it. Just add a couple of codes that calls the post to make it sticky.
