How can i make RSS for me (for a forum that is not mine)?

    Hey guys,

    I have a forum that i like very much but he doesn't have RSS.
    I sent an email to the forum manager but nothing.
    How can i make RSS for me (for a forum that is not mine)?
    I wanna read the forum via google reader.

    Use feedyes or feedity they are the popular even though I tried using dapper
